• A quadrant link between the two main office wings, incorporating a minor atrium with informal meeting areas

• A summer terrace overlooking the marina, providing scenic views of the River Tawe

• Two storeys of undercroft car parking for staff and visitors

• Bicycle storage and shower facilities to support sustainable commuting and staff well-being

Designed to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, the Ethos Project sets a benchmark for sustainable, energy-efficient commercial development. It incorporates:

• A fabric-first approach to thermal performance

• A central atrium acting as a vertical air shaft to optimise internal climate control and maximise daylight penetration

• Embedded low-carbon systems and best-practice environmental design principles throughout
