Andrew Scott Ltd successfully completes new storage warehouse in 18 Weeks
A proud day for Andrew Scott Ltd yesterday at they witnessed the official opening of ABInBev new storage warehouse at Magor Brewery, Caldicot yesterday. The new facility has taken 18 weeks to build and which allowed ABInBev Ltd to make a number of important changes lowering our impact on the environment.
Approximately the size of five football pitches, the facility will help reduce the need for the brewery to use external storage sites, and drastically reduce our CO2 emissions. The development of the new warehouse will remove the need for over 330,000 kilometres of lorry journeys during 2013-14.
Following the opening ceremony, which was officially opened by Jessica Morden MP, guests were given a guided tour of the brewery, allowing them to see what other environmental initiatives were in progress, and for them to meet the members of the team who have made them possible.
David Evans Williams led the team as Contracts Manager
