Heat from the fire caused structural damage to the building which resulted in the partial demolition and reconstruction of the portal frame, external cladding, structural concrete and M&E works.
The plant has an annual capacity of 170,000 tonnes and disposes waste from Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend County Councils.
