Steve is our Building Contracts Director with over 44 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings extensive expertise in project delivery, site management, and operational efficiency.
In this role, Steve oversees all aspects of construction operations on our building projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Steve works closely with our contracts managers, project managers, clients, and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
A hands-on and results-driven leader, Steve is committed to implementing innovative construction methodologies and sustainable building practices. Under Steve’s leadership, we have successfully delivered multiple overlapping projects while enhancing operational processes and improving site productivity.
