We are delighted to be attending the Construction News Awards 2021 dinner at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London, this evening.
We have been shortlisted for two awards:
ANDREW SCOTT LTD: Contractor of the Year (turnover under £500m).
The Contractor of the Year award has given us the opportunity to showcase ourselves as a long-standing, sustainable construction company. After 150 years of business, we thought it worthwhile to put ourselves forward for this national award.
THAMES HOSPICE: Project of the Year (under £20m).
Thames Hospice is a local charity providing expert care for people living with life-limiting illnesses. They offer a wide range of therapies to support patients’ physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs. All services are free, thanks to fundraisers and donors.
Set in more than eight-acres, with stunning views across landscaped gardens and Bray Lake, the New Thames Hospice has 28 en-suite inpatient bedrooms. The Day-Centre offers a range of therapeutic services and activities. A new Education Centre dedicated to promoting palliative care excellence to hospice staff also offers education to others in the local community.
We would like to wish all finalists the best of luck for this evening.
