We recognise our client’s intention that their completed building should demonstrate a high quality of design, finish, and performance and to satisfy fully that intent, we implement our Quality Management System throughout the design, procurement, construction and handover stages.
Achieving the required quality of finished product and complete customer satisfaction requires the combination of; the right procedures, the right culture and the commitment of all individuals and organisations involved.
Quality cannot be “inspected in” to a project at the eleventh hour. It must be built into every stage of the process via a “right first time” approach and supported by a planned inspection and validation process.
Our project management staff and trade supervisors manage all aspects of a project with quality as a prime driver.
Our approach to achieving project quality is implemented under our formal Quality Management System, which meets the full requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015 with no exceptions.
A project specific Quality Control Plan is developed with each Project Manager. The requirements of the Quality Control Plan reflect all design and specification requirements, which are then cascaded down to all supply chain partners through pre-start meetings, inductions and on-site briefings.
Our HSEQ team, along with our Directors, participate in systematic reviews of all aspects of Quality Management; on-site, in our offices and plant & transport department, to ensure that quality requirements are clearly stated, understood, implemented, recorded, reviewed and updated as required.
