Concrete frame mixed use development comprising high-end apartments and a Marks & Spencer Simply Food outlet.
The works included the design and construction of a basement car park for 61 spaces, trolley bays, store lobby, residential refuse store, passenger/goods lift and staircase zone, plant room and access staircase to upper level. The project also included the build of 9 residential apartments over first and second floors.
External works comprised of steps to store frontage, delivery access, delivery bay and turning head, sliding access gate, commercial refuse area, ramped access to residential apartments, retaining walls and barriers, pedestrian access between Store and adjacent Church, 15 private parking spaces for residential apartments at first floor level, cycle shelter, hard and soft Landscaping, relocated bus stop.
