NEWPORT EAST RETAIL PARK AXA Retail Estates The reconfiguration of Unit 5 (circa 1,885sqm) to create three independent retail units. Working with the client’s engineer we developed a cost effective technical solution for the piled foundation, provided support to a new building façade. Unit 5B was extended creating additional employee welfare facilities. The project was completed in ten-weeks with minimal disruption to adjacent retail units and customer car park.

CELTIC SPRINGS RETAIL UNITS
Awg Property Services The design and build of three retail units, part of the wider Celtic Springs Business Park development. The retail units were designed and constructed with the occupier in mind; Greggs, The Vanilla Pod Coffee Bar and MJ’s Hair Salon. The fit out of Greggs was in-line with their ‘brand’ specification, whilst the interior of the coffee bar, blends industrial with high quality brickwork and mixed wood.

CARDIGAN 1176 RESTAURANT Cadwgan Building Preservation Trust The 70-seat restaurant has been designed and constructed to cantilever out above the Castle walls, with a contemporary slate and floor-to-ceiling glass design with panoramic views over the River Teifi.
