We are seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to be based in Pembrokeshire. The role will require you to work closely with subcontractors and manage the progress of the project, so the ability to communicate with both subcontractors and all levels of management is essential.
Projects vary in value from £200k to more than £15 million and are across a range of sectors from passivhaus principles to industrial units.

Project Manager – Aberystwyth
We are seeking to appoint a Project Manager to be based in Aberystwyth. The role will be responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of the building / refurbishment project. They will manage and lead other members of the construction team. They will require you to work closely with subcontractors and manage the progress of the project, so the ability to communicate with both subcontractors and all levels of management is essential. You will report to the Senior Project Manager on site.
This position is for the next two years working on a refurbishment of a grade I listed building in Aberystwyth.
